Your New Company
Our client is looking for someone to join their leading wedding gift brand as they expand and merge with a successful industry player. Our client with 30 years' experience within the e-commerce industry, are launching a game changing platform this year. Theiraim is to revolutionise the baby gifting market as well as focusing on innovation and digital marketing.
Your New Role
Join the team as a skilled and passionate Lead Product Designer, with a talent for crafting exceptional user experiences and designing user friendly products. As a Lead Product Designer, you will be accountable for understanding customers needs, visual design,and delivering solutions that enhance the ease of use for all products. Your experience is the design process, with a customer focused approach, will be essential as you work with designers and cross functional teams. Finally, you will also be mentoring anddeveloping Junior Product Designers and uphold design standards at this well-established company.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Owners, stakeholders and Developers at every stage of the process to shape the future of digital products.
- Produce elegant responsive UI Designs for customer-facing mobile and web experiences
- Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, low and high-fidelity mock-ups
- Leading and implementing using your UX skills and knowledge of UX standard methodologies.

Relevant Skills/Traits
- 5+ years' experience as a digital designer
- 2+ years' experience in leading and mentoring other designers
- Strong proficiency with the latest tools and software such as, Figma, Sketch, Adobe creative suite and prototyping tools
- Experience building design systems, or have plenty of practice working with them
- Exceptionally skilled at image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form and colour
