**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to become an integral part of the Ferrero team, where your expertise will shape the future of our Laboratory and Incoming Quality Pillars.

In this pivotal role, you'll champion the technical administration and quality control processes, meticulously adhering to our group guidelines. Your dedication will be instrumental in upholding Ferrero's commitment to technological superiority and market competitiveness.

**Main Responsibilities**:
As part of our dynamic team, you will release deviation permits and non-conformity reports, leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.

Conduct inspections on internal and external warehouses, as well as logistics services, to uphold our quality standards.

Collaborate with suppliers to obtain quotations, raise purchase requisitions, process purchase orders, and manage invoicing.

Oversee inventory control and retention samples management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Coordinate scheduling activities for equipment service, calibration, and maintenance contracts.

Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH), and Health & Safety Risk Assessments.

Manage the processing of samples for analysis at external laboratories, adhering to sampling plans and SAP frequencies, and analysing results.

Maintain document control processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to key laboratory tasks as needed, showcasing your versatility and expertise.

**Who we are looking for**:
Ideally educated to degree level, you should have a good understanding of laboratory processes and procedures, including sample processing and analysis, would be beneficial.

SAP experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.

Understanding of quality management systems, including deviation management, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action processes.

Ability to conduct thorough inspections and audits of warehouses, logistics services, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Strong aptitude for drafting and managing various documents, including SOPs, COSHH, H&S Risk Assessments, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Ability to analyse data and results, identify trends or deviations, and propose appropriate actions to address them.

Proficient communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
