Job Title: Complex Carer
**Location**: Skewen, Wales
**Salary**: £18 - £22 per hour
**Job Type**: Part-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients with complex needs.
- Administer PEG feeding as per the individual care plan.
- Manage and respond to epilepsy, including administering emergency medication if needed.
- Offer comprehensive paediatric care, ensuring the comfort and safety of young clients.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitor and record changes in clients' health and behavior, reporting to healthcare professionals as required.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.
- Ensure the care environment is safe, clean, and conducive to health and well-being.
- Participate in training and professional development to stay current with best practices in complex care.
- Work up to 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in complex care, particularly with PEG feeding, epilepsy management, and paediatric care.
- Relevant healthcare qualifications and certifications.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including up to 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.
