**What we’re looking for**

With the continued growth of our market access and healthcare value demonstration activities we are seeking driven individual with a genuine passion for planning and project management. You should have relevant experience managing resources and project planning across a high number of simultaneous projects, and ideally some knowledge of project planning systems. A positive attitude, great organisational skills and effective communication are essential to the role.

**How you fit in**

The role involves managing project timelines and associated resources across all live projects in different business areas, quickly and efficiently adapting the plan to resource and timeline changes, with the support of the planning team and the project planning system. Communication with the Project Leads and reacting to changes quickly and effectively are important parts of ensuring the project planning system is up-to-date and that resources are assigned appropriately in the context of the whole business and priorities. Strong project management capabilities, flexibility and adaptability, strong organisational skills and a problem-solving mind set are essential.
