To meet client demand and to support some really exciting business opportunities we are expanding our HR Consultancy Team which provides an HR service to a wide range Schools / Academies up and down the country.
**Investigating Officer**
As part of our new hub model, this is an exciting opportunity for a newly established role, working alongside the HRC Team, supporting schools, Academies and Multi Academy Trusts. You will be responsible for leading on investigations and create reports and present findings in an appropriate forum for different employee relation cases.
Critical to the role is developing and maintaining effective customer relationships with those involved to be able to proactively conduct investigations in a timely manner whilst following the correct policies and legal requirements.
**You will need**:
Previous experience of managing and leading on investigations. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) together with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads are key qualities that we are looking for. Ideally you will possess previous experience within the education sector, although this position may also suit a professional with a background within the private sector, shared services, Local Authority or Charity.
Travel will be required to your designated hub of Schools/Academies within the West Midlands area. You will therefore need a full driving licence and your own vehicle.
