**About the Role**:
As Collaboration Executive for Britvic, you will effectively and efficiently drive the end to end forecast, depot availability and supply chain management, from Britvic forecast to the customer shelf.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive enhanced collaboration between the customer and Britvic to maximise on shelf availability and customer service.
- Own and lead regular meetings with all relevant Customer and Britvic personnel.
- Ensure all forecasts are aligned to customer forecasts for all activity (promotional, seasonal, sampling, NPD etc) to optimise sales and availability while minimising waste and optimising customer stock holding.
- Compile bi - weekly service reporting for both Customer and Britvic.
- Deliver inbound and outbound availability, forecast accuracy, stock holding and waste targets to the agreed KPI’s.
- Manage daily reporting and monitoring of depot availability and replenishment
- Drive CTS initiatives to optimise the most effective way for delivery for both the customer and Britvic.
- Identify and drive new collaborative initiatives to help meet shared objectives.
- Positively influence Seasonal and event management and effective management of range events
- Maintain product and vendor set up so that order placement is as accurate as possible (customer system admin)
- Owner of commercial relationship internally and supports externally

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required**:

- FMCG supply chain or retail experience is essential.
- Comprehensive experience and understanding of forecasting and inventory management is essential.
- Experience of influencing key stakeholders is essential.
- Customer facing experience is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Analytical and numerical skills with good attention to detail.
- Experience in use and analysis of retailer data / SAP APO is desirable

**Qualifications**:

- Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
- A full UK driving licence
