The Hackthorn Estate is looking for an experienced
part time General Administrator, anticipated time commitment 10 hours per week, including one morning in the Estate Office.
Key responsibilities include;
Website and Social media management
Insurance - checking policies and administration
Staff matters - Health & Safety liaison with outside consultants; welfare matters, and general liaison
Utility contracts oversight
Obtaining quotations and ordering supplies
Record keeping and government returns
Vehicle fleet management (tax, MOT’s etc.)
Property records and registers
Confidential family matters
General administration.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week
**Salary**: £520.00-£693.00 per month
