To provide a flexible administrative service across different working office sites within our social care teams specifically.

The post holder will support, Manchester AMHP Service, reception cover when required and social care teams within the Manchester Care Group

To cover the work of administrative work colleagues according to the needs of the service as directed by the Admin. Manager.

Provide administrative support to the team as required.

Providing some reception cover, meeting and greeting members of the public.

Receive and distribute daily correspondence, and ensure daily post is dispatched on time, including franking post and maintenance of franking machine.

Ensure both telephone and personal enquiries are dealt with in a polite, professional, confidential and efficient.

Convey messages to the team in an accurate and speedy manner.

Take minutes in team meetings when requested to do so and produce finished version in a timely manner.

Log referrals as per the requirements of the team.

Ensure that sufficient stocks of stationery are available to meet the needs of the team.

To order and be the point of contact for the team in receipt of goods and services.

Maintain the Manchester City Council system Liquid Logic to ensure statutory performance measures are maintained and records are kept up to date.

To assist with staff timesheets using electronic systems (Health Roster) ensuring information is input accurately and consistently.
