Job Purpose: Accountable to the Logistic Manager (LogMan) for the timely and efficient delivery of logistic support services to JDT’s Operations Groups and including administration & coordination of logistic Information Management Systems (IMS), to enable Operations Groups to achieve their directed targets, whilst ensuring compliance, safety, efficiency and cost-effective utilisation of JDT assets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver logistic support services as directed by the Logistic Manager (LogMan).

2. Administer daily routine activity of JDT Logistic IMS including data entry, analysis and providing useable reports for managerial consultations.

3. Conduct routine compliance checks & reviews, incl stock holdings, usage and wastage reports etc as required.

4. Liaise regularly with subordinate Op Gps (DLCs / LSO’s) ensuring equipment records are accurately maintained.

5. Direct and guide Project Managers, Team Leaders ensuring that Log IMS data entry is accurate and timely.

6. Monitor stores & equipment (Receipt / Issue) as requested by Op Gps (via DLCs) / LogMan. JDT/01/IJA/24 Internal Job Advert Only

7. Monitor H/Office stores ensuring stock levels are maintained and managed correctly.

8. Coordinated LSO routine / programme of works to ensure equipment calibration processes are effective and all equipment(s) remains ‘in date’ and safe / fit for purpose.

9. Ensure relevant calibration records for issued / stored equipment are uploaded to Log IMS and managed & monitored accordingly.

10. Monitor (maintain as required) relevant stores registers (Hard Copy & ‘E’ versions) as appropriate and required.

11. Asst with the management and monitoring of hired equipment (Incl Plant) to ensure the efficient & economical allocation / retainment of hired equipment.

12. Monitor the safety and tidiness of the Head Offices stores, ensuring compliance with JDT policy and HSE regulations.

13. Assist with the review and development of Log SOPs & Policies.

14. Understand and comply with all company policies and procedures.

15. Maintain the upkeep and condition of company vehicles on your charge including completion of the daily check and the reporting of any defects.

16. Driving in a safe manner following all driving regulations.

17. Assist and support the LogMan /Logistic Dept as required.

18. Contribute to and support a diverse and inclusive working environment for all employees

Mandatory Qualifications /Competencies:
IT ‘Stores Accounting System’ Qualified (experienced).

SHEA Gas

Basic First Aid

Fire Safety

Cat B License (min)

Non-Mandatory Qualifications/ Competencies:
Ladder Inspection

Fork Lift,

HIAB

PAT/CAL Qual

FaceFit

Hours of Work - 45hrs per week
