**The Opportunity**:
Nigel Wright Recruitment has been appointed exclusively, by a key repeat client in the engineering sector, to lead the search for a senior level European Distributions Sales Manager.The role can be remotely based anywhere in Europe and will have responsibilityfor managing new and existing distributors across Europe and Africa.
**Role Profile**:

- Developing new distributor relationships and managing the existing network of distribution partners.
- Key target sectors for new business are hydrogen refuelling and defense & aerospace.
- There is a strong existing distribution route into the oil and gas market.
- 60% - 70% travel is expected initially whilst expanding the distribution network, which will then reduce to 40% - 50% as the role verts to more of a distributor management focus.
- There is good scope for the new hire to accelerate their career by driving growth in these key target markets.There is a larger multi $bn group structure above this medium sized subsidiary, meaning there is significant long-term career progression potential.

**Package**:

- £80K - £100K basic (€90K tot €115K if based in mainland Europe).
- Bonus + car benefit + additional standard company benefits.

**Person Specification**:

- Comfortable with a remote / market focussed role.
- Previous sector experience selling into the defense / aerospace, or hydrogen markets.
- Experience of onboarding new distributors and managing existing distributor relationships.
- International experience across Europe / Africa is preferred.
