**Cleaning Supervisor (Night Shift)**

Monitor Cleaning Services is recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor on a full time permanent contract, to lead and motivate our team of Cleaning Operatives and ensure duties are carried out to a high standard on behalf of our client.
- **Duties Will Include**:_
- Monitoring performance of the cleaning team by carrying out regular checks of all areas of the building
- Contributing to all cleaning tasks within a large scale catering company, including kitchen cleaning, food production area cleaning, pot wash, toilets and offices
- Managing and maintaining cleaning stores and consumables.
- Effectively organising the cleaning duties of the Cleaning Operatives.
- Liaising closely with the Site Manager, reporting any issues
- Ensuring that equipment is safe to use and in good working order, reporting all defects of equipment to the Site Manager
- Health & Safety responsibilities - Ensuring adherence to Monitor Cleaning Services Health & Safety Policy and Procedures at all times.
- Reporting all incidents/accidents promptly and taking corrective action where required.
- Helping to promote a positive safety culture across the team.
- **What are we looking for?**_
- Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor is essential.
- Commercial cleaning experience, particularly within the catering industry is desirable
- Good communication skills, fluency in English is necessary, a second language would be an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A flexible approach to work tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail required.
- Hardworking, reliable, punctual and trustworthy

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour

Schedule: 5 days working followed by 2 days off in accordance with the roster which will include weekends and bank holidays.

Shift Times: Night Shift 21.00 to 05.30
