**Inventory Administrator**

LeMieux has an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Administrator looking for a new challenge in a fast-growing global equestrian company. Join our Inventory team as our Inventory Admin.

We have an ambitious vision and are looking to add to our 150-strong global team to achieve it. You’ll be working alongside our Stock Controller to maintain our stock management system and processes and ultimately, help make LeMieux the most exciting equestrian brand on the planet.

An integral part of the inventory team, this role is primarily computer based using the Warehouse Management system and reports into the Stock Controller.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out all stock transactions within the warehouse and record any issues
- Book in purchase orders
- Receive Goods in into the system
- Carry out stock transfers within the WMS
- Investigate missing items and process as required
- Carry out PI Cycle Counting as required
- Deal with ad hoc requests from customer service
- Help Sample and Marketing teams with stock related transactions
- Work alongside the stock controller in maintaining accuracy
- Assist pickers with any hand scanner related issues or locating stock
- Investigate the system in determining stock errors
- Maintaining the warehouse storage organisation

**Skills/Experience Required**:

- Basic Excel and Word knowledge
- Maths and English GCSEs
- Some heavy lifting maybe required
- Good communication skills
- Able to maintain high levels of accuracy with a keen eye for detail
