Venture Recruitment partners is pleased to be working at this international business as they search for new talent to join their client operations department, in this periodic review trainee administrator role.

Job Purpose

Help maintain data and documentation, as well as checking any relevant financial crime and anti-money laundering obligations have been met, recorded and escalated appropriately.

This is a trainee role where we will train you but any of the below would be helpful:

- 1-2 years relevant finance industry experience in AML/KYC
- Experience working on financial crime remediations and regulatory assignments
- Experience in holistically analysing all available information and documentation and producing detailed summaries and recommendations
- Experience of performing periodic reviews

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing statutory periodic reviews and trigger events on Institutional and Corporate & Capital Markets clients & investors based on their risk profile
- Focusing on Financial Crime and Anti Money Laundering aspects of client and investor reviews
- Preparing risk assessments on clients & investors
- Prioritising and organising day to day workloads
- Dealing with internal and external day to day queries in a timely manner.
- Client focused with an ability to work in a fast paced, high pressured work environment.
- Work closely with Crestbridge Compliance, ensuring appropriate levels of approvals are obtained for high risk business & PEPs
- Assist in appropriate projects and initiatives relating to operations teams.
- Attend regular team meetings and constructively contribute.
