**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all meat products are handled and stored in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist customers with selecting and purchasing the appropriate cuts of meat.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Prepare meat for sale by cutting, slicing, grinding, or packaging.
- Operate machinery such as saws, slicers, grinders, and wrapping machines.
- Keep accurate records of inventory and sales.
- Assist in the training of new butchery staff.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
