We are based in Colchester with offices in London and Newcastle. We provide a full range of in-house services for the property sector including design, branding, creative strategy, signage, marketing suite design and build, CGI, interactive systems, and media. Our clients include Bellway, Redrow, Berkeley Homes, Telford, L&Q, Countryside, Hopkins Homes, Bewley and St. Modwen Logistics. Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for talented individuals to join an already established and successful digital

team. Perfect for someone with an interest in computers, graphics, CGI and VR looking to start their career

in a fast-paced agency environment where no two days are the same. This is a varied role where you will

gain lots of hands-on experience and be able to see projects through from concept through to completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Production of interactive sales software for national property developers to be used on touchscreens,

desktop and tablet.
- Software build using a series of CMS (training given)
- Preparing and creating 2D and 3D assets (training given)
- Publishing, checking and testing of Apps.
- Online support and troubleshooting
- Training of sales staff

Required knowledge/skillset
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative programs, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Ability to multitask and juggle various responsibilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail

Beneficial knowledge/skillset
- Knowledge or basic experience of CGI production
- Interest/knowledge of architecture or technical drawing
