About the role:
You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a close-knit team.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Managing a high volume of enquires through all streams of communication.
- Develop a detailed knowledge Lime Wood Hotel, Hartnett Holder & Co and the Herb House Spa.
- To make regular contact with guests to ensure their booking journey is completed and they have all the reservations they require.
- To record accurate details and requirements of guest's bookings.
- Confidently manage balance between efficiency and offering 5* service to guests.
- To process all deposits and pre-payments in line with company procedures. Ensure all reservation correspondence is completed and dealt with accurately and promptly and sent to the guest in a timely manner.

Previous work experience in a customer focused / reservationist role is preferred. Experience in hotel or travel reservations is beneficial. Full training will be provided. This is an office based role & unfortunately hybrid working is not available.
