PROPERTY INVENTORY CLERK

We are a well-established friendly company looking to recruit an addition Inventory Clerk to join us

Our business is built around the professionalism of our team, we have a reputation for providing highly detailed, and accurate reports

It is an active role, and you will be travelling to bookings and meeting with agents, landlords and tenants to compile detailed Inventory Reports, this includes descriptions of each room, clear photographs, Meter Readings and testing of Smoke alarms

Some Inventories will be timed appointments meeting with tenants/Landlords

You will be covering Norwich and surrounding areas

Ideally, we would like someone with experience in this area, who can ‘hit the ground running’ although we can provide training for the right person

You will be supplied with a Samsung tablet and mobile phone

**Requirements**:
MUST BE - Computer literate, ability to use a tablet, knowledge of word (this will need to be demonstrated at Interview)

Attention to detail is important and a basic understanding of property condition/faults would be useful

Hardworking, organised, and punctual

Be able to demonstrate examples of customer service skills

Conduct themselves in a professional and presentable manner

Full driving licence and use of own car

Flexibility - Inventory appointments will be between Monday - Saturday 8.30am -6pm
