Please note that this is not a "driving job". This position is for a Removals Operative, with a license and the ability to drive 3.5t Luton vehicles to and from customer's properties.

Able to drive 3.5t lutons but understand that carrying out home removals is the main aspect of this role.

We are offereing a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work in removals within a small friendly team, where you will have the opportunity to grow and become a true asset to the company.

You must be presentable, polite, passionate, hardworking and able to provide a great customer service, have common sense, a good work-ethic, can-do attutide and the ability to learn new skills quickly.

You will be required to work as part of a team, packing and moving household furniture and contents to the customer's new property or into storage.

**Daily responsibilites and Duties**

Working with a team, a typical day will include:
Carrying out daily vehicle checks on your allocated vehicle.

Picking and loading required equipment and materials.

Driving safely to the customer's property.

Checking with the customer which items are to be moved.

Dismantling and re-assembling large items of furniture for moving.

Packing customer's contents into boxes (training will be provided).

Lifting and loading items to the vehicle safely and without damage.

Ensuring you maintain the highest of standards and customer service whilst onsite.

Driving to the new location, unloading and placing contents where the customer requires without damage.

Ensure vehicles are left tidy and ready for next move.

**Requirements**:
Physically strong & fit.

Abiity to learn to safely load vehicles.

Honest and responsible attitude to customer's property.

Polite and responsible attitude with customers.

Reliable and excellent time keeping.

Some Saturday work will be required at time.

You would be required to be able to get to Bromsgrove.

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £80.00-£110.00 per day
