JOB TITLE: Residential Property Paralegal
LOCATION: Bedford
SALARY: £17,000 - £25,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
This is an exciting role for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to work alongside qualified staff to provide legal and administrative support, including (but not limited to) case preparation, bundling, research, arranging and attending conferencesand client meetings and in assisting the team with marketing services and networking. Reporting to your Supervising Partner, you will be assisting the Head of Department in a wide range of work, with scope for personal development.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Residential Property Paralegal will be LPC/GDL qualified (LPC preferred but not essential) and be able to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets, manage deadlines and assist and support colleagues and supervisors in fee-earning matters.Strong IT, drafting and communication skills are essential, together with being compliant in Solicitors Accounts Rules and cash flow.
