General SUPERVISOR required to help with the day today running of the business.

Duties to include, customer care, cleaning, shop work, giving change to customers

Must be smart honest and reliable

2 roles available, flexible hours. Must work some weekends and evenings etc

The pay is good and we are looking for excellent people.

On-site interviews taking place from Saturday 10th February to 17th February every day between 10am and 4pm,(call in and ask to speak to the manager Mark).

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the team
- Ensure high-quality guest services and hospitality are provided
- Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
