**PRU HLTA**
Qualiteach is currently working with a Pupil Referral Unit who is looking to take on an experienced PRU HLTA who can come in and hit the ground running. They are looking for someone who has previously worked in a Pupil Referral Unit or a SEMH School and hasstrong behaviour and classroom management skills. For this role it will be split into two parts, one half of the job role will be supporting the students during their lessons and manage their behaviour and the second half will be to work alongside the classteacher, helping to plan and deliver lessons in their absence. The ideal PRU HLTA will need to have had a minimum of 6 months experience and ideally be Team Teach or MAPA trained.
**Pupil Referral Unit**
This Pupil Referral Unit is located in the South London borough of Southwark and caters for students aged between 10-16 years who have been removed from a mainstream school on a temporary or permanent basis due to behaviour, attendance, gang related issuesand young pregnancies. They currently have 50 students who attend and in their last Ofsted they were awarded 'Good' in all areas.
