Job Summary:
The Black Swan in Pickering is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Kitchen Porter to join our team. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness in our kitchen whilst supporting the chefs in some duties. Dedication to excellence and meticulous attention to detail are essential qualities for success in this role. In compensation you can expect to receive an excellent rate of pay and significant staff discounts with a share of tips.

**Responsibilities**:

- Washing pots and dishes
- Helping to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.
- Running errands for chefs at busy times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cleaning roles preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend
- Flexibility to work in shifts

**Note: Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
