Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all areas
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to address any housekeeping-related issues or requests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping matters
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
**Skills**:
- Previous experience in industrial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
