Handy Man

**We are recruiting for a Handy Man to join our Kent team**

**Location**: Kent, Rochester

**Salary**: £27,500 to £35,000 - to suit experience

We are a successful and entrepreneurial property development and investment company working across the UK with a pipeline in excess of 9,000 residential units, multiple commercial sites including hundreds of acres of new warehousing and many other commercialunits.

**Operative Duties:
- Grounds clearance/maintenance
- Decoration
- Area & wall preparation
- Basic repairs

**Skills & Requirements:
- **Entry** - NVQ Level 2 minimum or relevant experience
- Background in construction, commercial buildings or office maintenance
- Comparable experience in similar roles
- Own tools required
- Driving license and access to a car - occasional visit to other sites will be required
