**Role Description**:
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in connecting potential clients to our clients treatments & services. You will be responsible for reaching out to individuals who have shown interest via our client's ads on social media for them to learn more about the treatments advertised and booking them in for appointments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in treatments through our client's social media advertisements.

Book and schedule appointments.

Accurately and confidently handle credit card information over the phone.

Keep accurate records of calls and appointments.

Keep pipelines organised and stay on top of the follow up process for those who haven't yet booked.

Stay attentive to the tasks at hand and take notes to keep on top on each lead.

Must have good attention to detail as you will be handling multiple accounts and booking systems.

Work closely with our marketing team to ensure the consistency of information and seamless customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an appointment-setting role or similar capacity, such as a receptionist.
- Preference will be given to those with experience in a salon, spa or aesthetic clinic environment.
- Comfortable working remotely and available to work weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly phone demeanor.
- Familiarity with basic computer software and CRM systems.

**Salary**: £14,235.52-£32,624.13 per year
