**Part Time Finance Officer Required for Care Home Group**

You will work under guidance of the executive team to be responsible for an effective Head Office financial support function for a small group of Care Homes
- Working alongside the Senior Finance Officer, you will ensure all month end accruals are accurate, prepare monthly bank reconciliations, manage transactions, and credit control
- Control of aged debtors, preparing of monthly sales invoices
- Manage the financial administration and management of company financial database(s) - CoolCare4 and Sage 50 (Accounts and Payroll)
- Assist in sales and purchase ledger using the above databases
- Liaise with Local Authorities and families regarding fee payments
- Participate in monthly payroll procedures
- Maintain financial records and accounts and produce and present reports and financial summaries as required
- Any other duties as and when required and full training will be given
- **Essential Skills**_
- Extensive financial management and book keeping skills
- The ability to produce accurate customised reports to deadline
- Good PC skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and accounting packages preferably Sage Accounts 50 and Sage 50 Payroll

We are looking for someone who can be flexible in their approach to a varied and interesting workload, and who can commit to Part time hours which will include Friday working after full training has been completed.

**Salary**: £16.00-£16.50 per hour

- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dingwall: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
