SELF-EMPLOYED DOG GROOMER VACANCY FULL TIME/PART TIME

We are looking for an experienced dog groomer to cover myself and help with the running of my salon whilst I go on maternity leave, with a view to staying on full/part time once I come back. I am a sole groomer and have a lovely lady that rents a table off myself in my salon so the position would be for someone that is comfortable occasionally working on their own.

The position would be for an experienced groomer with a minimum of 2 years experience, Qualifications aren’t essential but a bonus.

I own a very busy dog grooming salon in Urmston, trafford with a full client base and new customers wanting appointments daily.

I average 6-9 dogs a day myself and would like someone to be able to groom an average of 6 dogs to a high standard daily.

I open between 930/10am Tuesday to Saturday and close around 5pm but this will be up for discussion with any applicants. Working 3 out of 4 Saturdays a month would be my only none negotiable

We offer very fair rates of pay which will be discussed with applicants and will be based on experience and qualifications. We are flexible with what days you want to work but must be able to groom at least 6 dogs a day to a high standard

We are a family run business with a good client base with many regular customers and a growing reputation which I hope I can share with the right groomer and have someone work alongside me in the future.
