We are a rapidly growing fashion company looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our small team. This role is a part-time offering and will be based in our Leicester office, 2-3 days a week, alongside our fulfilment team.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Handle and resolve customer complaints. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
- Provide pricing and delivery information.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions and record details of inquiries, comments and complaints. Record details of actions taken, prepare and distribute customer activity reports.
- Follow up on customer interactions.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Working in our Leicester office, there may be occasions in which our fulfilment team require assistance - meaning being physically capable is required for moving stock, lifting and picking/packing orders.

**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to type fast.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures numeric, oral and written language.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
