Job Introduction
**Builder / Labourer Wandsworth and surrounding areas
- £29,120 per annum**

Are _you an experienced Builder / Labourer looking for a new challenge with a permanent role for a market leading company?_
- Do you hold a working at heights certificate?_
- If so, this Builder / Labourer position is the one for you_

**The Role**:

- Removal/Replacement of boxing in and around appliances
- Making good in and around flues and air vents etc
- Kitchen unit removal, including making access for pipework behind.
- General carpentry
- Reinforcing walls for radiators
- Tiling
- General building and maintenance works

**Skills, Experience, Qualifications etc Required**:

- Must hold a valid in date driving licence with no more than 6 points
- Must hold a valid right to work in the UK
- Must hold a work at height certificate i.e. Tetra, Pasma - Scaffold, Mobile platform
- Must be confident and have good written and verbal communication skills
