Are you an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking to join a leading manufacturer offering a company pension, profit sharing scheme and a 4 day week?
On offer is a varied and interesting role offering the chance to upskill technically through a range of internal and external training.
The company are an industry leading manufacturer of rubber products. They are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their expert team and help with their growth.
In this role, you will provide proactive and reactive maintenance across all aspects of heavy plant machinery. You will also be tasked with the setting up of machinery at the start of the day and any improvement work.
This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias) from an industrial background, looking to join a family run business that has high goals for the future.
The Role:
*Reactive and Planned Maintenance
*All mechanical site tasks as well as assisting with electrical when needed
*4 day work week
The Person:
*Maintenance background in a plant environment
*NVQ Level 3 or equivalent or maintenance experience
*Looking to continuously develop through a wide range of training
