**SALARY: TMS/UPS + TLR 2.1 £3,211 per annum**

**HOURS: Full Time**

We are looking for a Head of Music who is passionate and will work well within a team who will help us on our journey to provide exceptional provision for our pupils.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To be accountable for the learning and achievement of all students following Music programmes within the Academy.
- To provide high quality leadership and management for the Music department within the Academy.
- To develop effective partnership working with other staff to secure high levels of student progress.
- To liaise with other heads of department across Shireland Collegiate Academy Trust to support strategic development, share good practice and plan collaborative activities.
