Graduate Special Needs 1-1 Teaching Assistant

**Role**:

- Throughout this role as a graduate SEN teaching assistant, you will be required to support a child with autism on a 1-1 basis
- You will also support and assist the child with their social emotional and mental health
- You will be required to support and manage their behaviour and be familiar and confident with behaviour management
- Be a positive role model to the child and assist them with their learning and work activities

**Requirements**:

- GCSE Maths and English
- Previous experience working with children with autism is desirable
- Have proof of eligibility to work in the UK
