**Vehicle Workshop Controller required in Bristol.**
- Starting salary up to £33,000 per annum pending qualifications with £6,000+ uncapped annual bonus potential.
- 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-1:00pm paid as overtime.

Our client, a multi-franchise car dealer group established across South West England, are currently looking to hire a Workshop Controller for one of their busy VAG accredited dealerships in Bristol.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager and accountable for a team of Vehicle Technicians, as a Workshop Controller you will be responsible for running the day-to-day function of the Service Department, allocating work, motivating and supervising the team in the workshop and for ensuring safety, standards & efficiency by the Vehicle Technicians each day. You will work closely with our client's Service Advisors to ensure all works booked in are achievable and planned to meet customer expectation, industry standards and Vehicle Technician workflow.

In order to be eligible, you will ideally live in the Bristol region or live within a reasonable commuting distance to Bristol and will need to have a proven track record in running a successful automotive workshop for the past three years, ideally within a franchise approved car dealership. Overall you will have excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills and team orientation, be results orientated, have problem solving and decision making skills, put a focus on quality and reliability, and be IT literate. You will also need to have a UK driving license with mínimal points.
