We are looking for a talented Motion Designer to join our team and help create stunning visual content for our clients. As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualising, designing, and animating motion graphics, visual effects, and 3D animations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with clients and creative teams to conceptualise and storyboard creative ideas for video projects
- Design and create 2D and 3D motion graphics, visual effects, and animations for projection mapping, anamorphic screens, immersive environments, and screen content for events
- Create and edit videos using Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Unreal, Notch, and 3D Max to create high-quality 3D animations and visual effects
- Collaborate with other designers and animators to ensure consistency and high-quality output
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques, including AI
- Manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in motion design, animation, or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant agency experience
- Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and at least one 3D design package
- Strong design, composition, and typography skills
- Experience in creating 2D and 3D motion graphics, visual effects, and animations
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Interest or knowledge in AI and generative content
- Motivated and highly-creative
- Ability to follow a brief and accurately interpret an approved design
