**Job title**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Cash management**:

- Manage the company’s cash flow, including daily cash receipts and payments, cash turnover etc.
- Receive and pay cash, ensure the normal operation of cash flow.
- Monitor and analyze cash flow and forecast the changes of cash flow.
- Responsible for cash management, withdrawal, transfer etc.
- Prepare cash flow statement and cash budget to provide reference for company’s decision-making.

**2. Bank Account management**:

- Responsible for the opening, maintenance and cancellation of bank accounts.
- Manage the company’s bank accounts to ensure that the accounts are safe and valid.
- Daily management of bank accounts, such as monitoring account balances.
- Tracking bank statements to ensure accurate account status.

**3. Accounting and reporting**
- Responsible for accounting and reporting to ensure accurate and real time financial data.
- Record daily income, expenses, and cash flow.
- Prepare financial statements such as cash flow statement, balance sheets and profit and loss statement, etc.
- Participate in annual audits and assist in data verification.

**4. Compliance**
- Follow all cash handling and security procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional financial matters and reconcile accounts.

**Qualification**

1. Proven experience as a Cashier/Account Assistant or in a similar role.

2. Excellent Communication, interpersonal skills.

3. Attention to details and accuracy in handing financial transactions.

4. Knowledge of relevant software and technology for cash handing.

5. Strong Microsoft Office skills

**Salary range**

DOE + Bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
