**Your missions**:

- To organise and monitor trials of taphole clays : new customers or new recipes
- To write trial reports and to debrief them with the customer
- To write instructions / operating procedures to use our products ; To adapt them if needed
- To collect datas from different sites and to analyze them to monitor performances of our products on a standard basis
- In case of malfunction, to analyse the datas and monitor the use of the product to understand and solve the problem
- To train our customers to use our products
- To collaborate with the technical teams to work on new developments : new recipes, new tests
