**About the role**:
Classroom Recruiters is seeking a passionate and engaging individual to join as an Unqualified Teaching Assistant in the Mansfield area. In this role, you will work with children who face challenges in mainstream environments, providing support on a 1:1 basis. Your primary focus will be to create a positive and nurturing environment for the students, occasionally participating in group activities with other 1:1 staff to foster innovation and positivity. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in various settings, including schools, community centers, vocational settings, and more. While specific qualifications or experience are not required, a genuine passion for helping children and making a profound impact on young minds is essential.

As an Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you will have the chance to work in schools, colleges, and further education specialist hubs with hard-to-reach children. This diverse range of work environments aims to enrich your experience and expand your skill set.

**Type of contract**:
This is a full-time permanent position.

**Training provided/induction**:
Upon joining, you will undergo a comprehensive training program during a week-long induction. This training will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role, even if you lack formal qualifications. Full vetting will be completed before you start to ensure a safe and secure working environment for both staff and students.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.82-£13.50 per hour
