Technical Claims Handler

This role this involves delivery of Technical expertise to the Technical Experts to drive positive results on individual claims and for the claims teams overall.

You will support the team to achieve improved technical performance and indemnity/quality targets whilst delivering the defined customer service proposition. You will spend the majority of your time guiding the team, resolving queries, and developing the teams professional and technical capabilities where appropriate.

This position will offer hybrid working 1-2 days per week at the office in Manchester

**About You**
- Experience of guiding and coaching a team to increase professional & technical capability.
- Experience of dealing with large value claims
- Resolving or facilitating resolution of complex claims queries and problems that the team have escalated
- Acting as a supporting mechanism to the Technical Experts as a source of technical referral for claims handlers and leaders in the Property claims tea
