As a Boat Builder, you will work on a variety of projects, including the construction of narrowboats. **Responsibilities**:

- Utilise your woodwork and fibreglass expertise to build narrowboats to the highest standards of quality.
- Collaborate with our small team of dedicated craftspeople to achieve project objectives efficiently and effectively.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to work independently, taking ownership of projects and delivering outstanding results.
- Adapt quickly to changing demands, pick up new techniques, and contribute innovative ideas to improve boat building processes.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a competent woodworker and fibreglasser in the boat building industry.
- Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship, ensuring the delivery of top-notch finished products.
- Strong teamwork skills, displaying a cooperative and positive attitude to contribute to a harmonious work environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of managing projects effectively from start to finish.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new techniques, and show initiative in problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Availability to start immediately.
