They put their clients at the forefrontof everything they do, and are looking for a talented and dedicated Paid Social Account Director to lead a huge, impressive account.

**Main Roles and Responsibilities of the Paid Social Business Director**:

- Delivering paid social though-leadership for all clients.
- Ensure paid social strategy remains top class in the market by constantly striving to stay ahead of competitors by innovating on channels, formats, performance, data and analytics.
- Develop, maintain and grow strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the content team delivers integrated paid social campaigns to clients.
- Manage teams to ensure client objectives are achieved to budget and deadline.
- Work with investment team to ensure commercial deals with partners are robust and valuable.
- Constantly seeking new business opportunities for the Manchester office.
- Ensure paid and non-paid social submissions align and clearly demonstrate the value of integrated social.
- Develop top quality paid social case studies.
- Extensive experience in digital advertising and social media in a client-facing environment.
- Multi-channel digital experience.
- Proven success of growing current client spends as well as finding new business.
- Excellent managerial and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Passionate about social media, social platforms, API’s and related ad products.
- Excellent numerical skills and highly analytical.
