Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales
- Prepare food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks in the kitchen as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain a clean and organized front of house area
- Maintain potwash area

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not nessasary
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £9.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
