**Salary**:National Apprenticeship Wage (£4.81 per hour)

**Work Commitment**: 37 Hours, 52 Weeks

**Duration**:24 months Fixed Term

**Closing Date**: 1stMarch 2023 at 12 noon

**Start Date**: As soon as possible

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Estates team. We are looking for an exceptional individual who will be able to build on their existing skills to become trained in our Estates department. As part of the Estates team you will provide reactive maintenance support to all our schools in the East. The post will be based at either Grimsby or Horncastle.

This role is an apprenticeship and the training will be provided by Ixion Holdings, part of the Shaw Trust.

As part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring we maintain a clean, safe and compliant learning and working environment, work on in house projects such as refurbishing classrooms and also help to maintain the grounds across the school sites.

The key attribute will be a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to travel to other Lincolnshire sites is essential. Work vehicles are provided also.
