**Main responsibilities for the Marketing Communications Manager**
- Effective leadership of B2C campaigns to ensure all teams and sales channels deliver effectively and on time
- Develop relationships with multiple marketing agencies
- Work closely other teams on category planning, positioning & media briefing
- Take full accountability for all communication channels
- Own how the brand and products are experienced through different sales channels, both on and offline
- Work closely with the Head of Retail Marketing on the development of brand positioning and marketing strategy
- Lead and manage a team of Marketing Executives and Apprentices
- Work with the company headquarters to influence global decisions on marketing communications strategy and direction
- Support the Head of Retail Marketing and Marketing Director with management and allocation of budget
- Be the voice of the customers and consumers. Strive to truly understand what they need and want
- Oversee the use of systems and processes, supporting team members to effectively manage and improve their areas of responsibility

**Required skills, Experience, Knowledge, Competencies for the Marketing Communications Manager**
- Previous marketing qualification/degree or equivalent
- Customer centric, with first class interpersonal skills
- Advertising effectiveness, consumer markets, shopper channel marketing
- Project management, agency management
- Experience of leading a successful team
- Able to lead from the front demonstrating clear company values
- Clear communication both written and oral
- Demonstrates proactivity; a "can-do" attitude
- Methodical, self-starter, strategic thinker
