Apprentice Greenkeeper

Robin Hood Golf Course is of Harry Colt Design built in 1893 and is steeped in history. It has recently undergone major redevelopment to confirm its status as one of the best courses in the Midlands.
The club has hosted four televised TP tour events and has also previously hosted the English Senior County Championships.

Applicants will need to possess the following experience and skills:
Enjoy working outdoors and not fazed by bad weather

Be punctual and comfortable with early morning starts

Have a safety mind-set for self, colleagues and golfers

Be Passionate, enthusiastic and highly motivated

Have a flexible positive attitude to work

Follow instructions precisely and have a flexible positive attitude to work

Possess a strong work ethic including pride in work with attention to detail

Ability to work as a lone worker and as a member of a team

A willingness to learn and contribute to their own continuing professional development

Be a clear and effective communicator who can use a variety of communication methods to

give/receive information accurately and in a timely and positive manner.

The salary will be commensurate with age and experience. The position also includes the following:

Pay: £6.40-£7.00 per hour
