Saturday - 07:00AM - 01:00PM

Sunday - 01:00PM - 08:00PM

We are looking for a confident, honest, trustworthy, friendly and reliable individual who can work as part of a close knit family team and also work alone and show initiative. With a strong customer focused mindset. Retail experience would be beneficial but not essential.

The role will involve operating the gym front desk and all aspects associated with front of house in a gym environment, including cash handling, membership and dealing with the public.

Ability to work with a number of IT systems, some bespoke is essential. Training will be provided.

Excellent rate of pay and benefits including free gym membership and supplements & Rhino’s clothing at cost.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Sign up new members and renew current gym memberships
- Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Assist with food/pre-workout/protein drink preparation
- Maintain a clean and organised front counter
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product/services information
- Lone working
- Stocking of shelves and drinks fridge
- Answer company mobile and assist in customer queries
- Opening gym at the start of the shift incl. turning on cardio equipment, opening till, open shutters and disarm alarm system
- Closing gym at the end of the shift incl. turning off cardio equipment, cashing up, closing till, close shutters and arm alarm system

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in cashiering is preferred
- Knowledge of the gym & leisure industry is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions with precision and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

Please note that this position may require standing for extended periods of time

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £7.50-£10.50 per hour
