We are looking for someone to join our team, 30 - 40 hours per week hours a week - option to work more. includes weekends. Day shifts, serving breakfasts and lunches. with the occasional evening function.Hours dependent on functions and season.

Immediate Start.

The key responsibilities include:

- To be able to work alone in all matters relating to the Kitchen
- To take an active role in promoting new ideas and improving department standards
- To ensure that all company Health, safety and Hygiene procedures are strictly adhered to
- To work in an efficient and timely manner to assist the team in meeting company standards for front of house, bar and dining room food
- To carry out all duties as directed by the Head Chef/ Club Manager and to ensure standard operating procedures are adhered to
- Provide good quality well presented food to club members and visitors.

Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
