Eclypse Recruitment are looking to recruit Nurses for this specialist nursing home in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.
This service caters for Younger Adults with a Learning, Physical or Mental Health condition including a unit for Adults with a Dementia need.
The home is situated in the small village between Lincoln and Gainsborough and was originally a community hospital in before later becoming a care home.
**Our client is looking for a Staff Nurse to work full or part hours per week either permanent Days OR Nights. As nurse on shift you will be supported be a team of 5-8 HCAs depending what shift you are on.**

Our client will look to you to make sure that each and every resident's physical, psychological and social needs are met - and that they get the very most they possibly can from life every day. As a Registered Nurse, you'll also be the leader of a multi-disciplinaryshift team supporting and mentoring everyone from Student Nurses to Carers.
Like our client you will pride yourself both on the highest clinical standards, and on your person-centered, thoughtful approach to nursing. Whether you're making sure a new resident is settling in, developing a tailored care plan that takes care of bothbody and mind, providing medication safely, keeping scrupulous records or carrying out a whole range of clinical tasks, from giving an injection to managing a PEG, you'll meet the highest standards.
