About the role
Advantage Healthcare are looking for experienced healthcare assistants, who are compassionate, kind and supportive, to become part of our proud team. We require support in the Redcar area, for two young children with complex needs. Staff supporting eitherof these young children will provide support within their own home and will be working alongside their current care team.

As part of the support team at Advantage you will be responsible for:

- Providing excellent person centred care in a sensitive and confidential manner.
- Understanding and adhering to care plans, seeking clarification from the healthcare coordinator or clinical lead nurse when required to do so.
- Being able to work in a professional manner with all healthcare professionals involved in the care of the service user.
- Promoting both self-care and self-management.
