Maintenance Helpdesk Team Leader

The Maintenance Team Leader leads a team aligned to part of Stonegate Groups pubs (either Managed Estate, or Leased & Tenanted) pro-actively managing repairs and maintenance within that remit.

As Maintenance Team Leader, you’ll need to have a comprehensive Systems knowledge to be able to identify and recommend improvements to our property systems as well as train your team effectively. Key to the role will be providing specialist support and training on repair and maintenance systems aligned to the respective business (Property Universe or Pro Nett), administering contractor quotations and for providing oversight to ensure activity is completed proactively.

Reporting to the Maintenance Helpdesk Manager, the Maintenance Helpdesk Team Leader will be reviewing, coaching and feeding back to their team members to improve performance and productivity. The team will be required to prioritise activity and support the field based teams fully discharge their responsibilities and adopt a flexible approach to the working week. The ability to constructively challenge and improve existing ways of working will be important to ensure your team succeed.

The Maintenance Helpdesk Team Leader will also need a proactive approach to change of agreement activity, dilapidation management within the leased and tenanted business or planned maintenance visits (PMV’s) within the managed business are all important areas of focus.

You will be responsible for motivating and developing team members and for delivering excellent levels of communication to all key stakeholders including the development of a range of consistent reports.
