**About the Role**:
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Join us as an Audit/Accounts Senior at Williams Giles Professional Services Ltd. in Sittingbourne. In this role, you will work within a well-established team, providing high-quality accounting and financial services to our diverse range of clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The role of a Senior is to prepare accounts, tax returns, management accounts, vat returns, payroll and review work for portfolio managers. They will represent Xeinadin to the client ensuring that the day to day is delivered ensuring a focus on innovation and the future.

As an Audit/Accounts Senior, your responsibilities will include:

- Represent the firm at networking events and identifying opportunities to grow our business.
- Supervising and reviewing the work and delivery of junior team members.
- Ensuring completion of assignments within appropriate budget and time frame.
- Build strong relationships with new and established clients.
- Planning, resourcing and structuring assignments to ensure work is performed to a high standard.
- Managing client expectations, arranging closing meetings to finalise accounts.
- Reviewing working papers completed by junior staff and finalising financial statements for signing by a partner.

**Key Requirements**:

- The successfully appointed individual will be a qualified practice accountant (ACCA/ACA/AAT) or qualified by experience.
- Experience in managing and/or mentoring junior members of a practice team, with a focus on driving results and exceeding expectations.
- Proficiency in navigating professional regulations and best practices, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dependable and reliable team player.
- Professional, discreet and motivated, able to work with mínimal oversight.
- Managing Processes and good organisation skills to minimise time spent on administration.
- Strong computer skills.
- Microsoft Office Skills
